The restaurant-pizzeria "I Due Laghi" (The Two Lakes) was born several decades ago from the initiative of the owner, Salvatore, a man who, after having worked as a craftsman, decides to create a lake for sport fishing in this valley that lies near Casciana Terme and Casciana Thermal Baths. Over the time, a second adjacent lake was made and then, finally, the restaurant.
Now it is one of the best restaurants in the area where you can taste typical dishes, made with ingredients that mostly come from the family garden.
In the warmer seasons you can eat outdoors on a pleasant terrace surrounded by greenery.
You can find appetizers, first and second dishes but also grilled meat. The Fridays menu is enriched with seafood and there is always a good assortment of desserts. Even pizza, baked in a wood fired oven, is excellent and you can taste it with the homemade tomato sauce and the fresh basil.
The restaurant - pizzeria "I Due Laghi" is located just a few miles south-west from Terra Verde and is one of the places that we warmly recommend.
