If you find yourselves in Italy in September, you may want to know that 25 and 26 of September Italy celebrates the European Heritage Days, allowing visitors to enjoy the sightseeing of public monuments of Italian cultural heritage - for free.
In order to bring attention to the richness, importance and value of heritage and cultural contents, the Italian Ministry of Culture is organizing a series of initiatives at national level, with the participation of various public and private cultural institutions.
Within these initiatives you can enjoy free access to public monuments and cultural heritage which includes the archaeological, artistic, historical, architectural, archival, cinematographic, theatre and musical cultural heritage.
